- Bracket Layout & Alignment: Space 6-line square tube brackets at maximum 3-meter intervals. Reinforce all corners, end-posts, and gate pillars using 750mm stays and stay sleeves to counteract high wire tension loads.
- Solid Anchoring: Fasten brackets securely into concrete or brick structures using 8x80mm nail-in anchors. Ensure zero structural flex under extreme wind conditions.
- Wire Stringing & Termination: Thread the 1.2mm braided galvanized wire smoothly through the lugs. Maintain correct line tension using tweaker combos and S-hooks, crimping ends tightly with 6mm ferrules to prevent slippage.
