Welcome to Nexpak Security Solutions. By accessing our website, placing an order, or utilizing our online system configurators, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Information & Jurisdiction

Nexpak Security Solutions is an online supplier of industrial packaging, electronic security hardware, and equestrian fencing accessories based in Benoni, Gauteng, South Africa. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

2. Orders and Acceptance

• All orders placed through our storefront are subject to product availability and stock verification from our Benoni fulfillment depot.
• An agreement of sale comes into effect only once payment has been successfully authorized and verified via our approved payment gateways (PayFast, Instant EFT / Ozow) or direct Capitec bank transfer.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed on our website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment can be securely completed using accepted debit/credit cards, instant EFT, or manual direct electronic funds transfer (EFT).
• For manual EFT payments, proof of payment must be provided within 24 hours to secure stock allocation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Timeframe: Standard order fulfillment and doorstep delivery take between 2 to 3 working days across major centers in South Africa, measured from the date payment is cleared and the shipment is dispatched from our Benoni depot.
• Courier tracking details (waybill numbers) will be transmitted to the customer via SMS or email once the parcel has been collected by our logistics partners.
• Nexpak Security Solutions is not liable for carrier-induced delays caused by adverse weather, remote regional access restrictions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds and Warranties

• If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect hardware items, you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery.
• Electronic security hardware (such as gate motors, alarms, and CCTV components) carry standard manufacturer warranties and must be installed by qualified professionals to maintain warranty validity.
• Customized orders, cut lengths (such as equestrian horse tape), or opened consumable packaging cannot be returned unless proven defective.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Nexpak Security Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the incorrect installation, configuration, or misuse of electronic security systems or equestrian fencing products supplied on this platform.
• Professional installation by accredited technicians is strongly recommended for all perimeter security and electrical hardware.
